Honestly I don’t see a need why you had to attach a bank statement from GTBank to justify why you were refused a visitors visa last year. All you had to was send only statements from s bearing your POF. Sending two statement of s for different reasons led to these

there is a very big difference: its like asking the bank if this is their statement. They know whats from them. The bank would do well to cross check the just to be sure. And let the embassy know the statement is genuine. Sometimes they don’t even have to check the . They would simply know by merely looking at it.

You guyz should stop misleading people. My friend was denied Swedish student visa in 2010 for insufficient fund and indeed the fund was not sufficient. It was tuition free then.

Hello beautiful people of the house, I just got a conditional offer from university of Sunderland, I applied on May 9th.
The offer reads "Conditional offer
Conditions
Subject to evidence of being taught and assessed in English language at degree level and a deposit payment to the University of Sunderland for £3,500 Together with an evidence of name change as the Degree certificate provided is in a different surname."
What evidence do they need again since they have my Degree Certificate?
Also, is the university of Sunderland a good one in of it's location, availability of jobs for my husband and I because I will be moving with my family, husband and 2 kids.

My husband and kids just want to get their ports, will I still be able to make September considering TB test for us and obtaining visa? Or should I just tell them to defer to January?

It depends on when you intend on applying for visa.

Since you’re the main applicant, focus on your own first, right now you need to get unconditional offer, pay deposit, book TB test (this one is urgent coz dates are scarce) then POF. Your family can along the way or after you’ve gone.

Hello Guys. I need an advice on what I should do. I recently applied for student visa. Had a previous visitors visa refusal (cash lodgement without ing document) and on this note, I attached a GTBank statement of to tackle the said refusal explaining the large deposits highlighted and reasons for the deposit. To my surprise, I received a student visa refusal today and they quoted that the GTBank statement I submitted was falsified as they ed the bank. Am so terrified cos I did the whole submission myself and the statement of being said to be falsified was the same GTBank gave me. Could it be bank issue or UKVI issue.

The rules are simple and clear. You either break or follow them .. Why the heck is it 50/50 especially when the applicant breached no rules

Because there is no where it was stated that you will surely get one after your study.
Same way there is no 100% guarantee that your students visa will be approved

Stop wasting your time here asking for the way forward,You have been told to lodge an AR and you are still here wasting the little time you have asking those who have no power to change things.

Bro embassy, don’t wait for them to you or ask for istrative review for your study visa. These people are human like the rest of us, they can make mistake. City council make mistakes here too, u call them and they will sort it out for you, same thing for those in immigration, challenge them if u know u are right, never assume they will always be right. Boris Johnson sef Dey make mistake.
