Her best chance is to try and get creative with her warping but this would only be limited to Thor's surroundings and not Thor himself cos she hasn't shown feats that show she can warp a god, she couldn't even warp Thanos, she was just using his armour to crush him.
Thor's armour is part of him aka magical/godly.

It's a mismatch at the end of the day...Strombreaker can even summon the Bifrost in a way that would chop Wanda's head off clean.

Eclipse is was the first spirit of wrath before he went AWOL and got replaced by The Spectre.
Satan aka Lucifer is God's first born/creation and he is too powerful to be tagged as just a god, his powers are demiurgic
Dormammu rules over his own dimension called the Dark dimension and he is the god there, he bestows powers on whom he wishes and he has people that worship him on earth same as Thor.

These characters are all basically gods, if you respect them you should respect Thor too.
