I received the offer letter but I have not been able to send it to the required email, there customer service is very poor.

Whether u send it or not, them go still pay u. Mine didn't go through, yet I was paid

The interesting thing is that my name is not among those shortlisted for the training nor did I get any mail from them.

When you get to the Lapo office ask them all these questions including the loan tenure and moratorium, they will provide the answers right there.

They are not serious. A organisation of such magnitude should have sent a circular to all her branches. Even their individual can not put up notice on their to intending customers like" we are not like your regular bank pop, we do morning devotion from 8:30am to 9:30am then morning briefing till 10 am. Check around 10am". Instead, they will allow you still outside till 10 am without any words.
