Not sure how this is criminal. The university will just withdraw their offer if they find out he's been dishonest in his application. There's no such thing as a 'unified system' hence the reason why Data is protected by law.

refusal is part of Visa application as there is no where it was stated that granting you one is guaranteed.

Why is UBA the beneficiary? You're sending money to them?

Beneficiary Information is the details of the school that you intend to study not UBA.

You will need a new CAS and new visa application.

You might loose your deposit from previous uni and may need to return home to reapply pending on how complicated this become.

Outsmarting mentality doesn't work in the UK. if you want to go with the new offer,then decline the old one, request a refund,(they may deduct charges)and proceed with the new school.

Again, Outsmarting mentality will put you in trouble,do the right thing every time even when it seems nobody is watching.

Unfortunately 19year old is not a dependent. Your dependant child has to be under 18years.

You might want to look at undergraduate study visa for him as an option so he studies while you do as well.

You might want to look at the general visa thread and read to see the experience there.
Even though your sister is in the UK, the onus is on the younger sister to show ties and prove she will return after her visit.

You have to dot the I's and cross the T's with visit visa,there are no guarantees.
When you read the thread you'll understand better.

I submitted my application to Teesside University this afternoon and in less than 2 hours, i was sent a conditional offer (still surprised at this)

Course: Visual communication (with Advance Practice)
Duration: 2 years

As regards Job opportunities, cheap accommodation etc. Which area is more preferable between Teesside and Sheffield.

I will be going with my wife (dependant) and son.

Data protection is not limited within agencies or interrelated agencies,data protection law can only be applicable when it comes to 3rd party or unrelated parties as defined by law,in this case data can be exchanged between the Border force/ Home office and any parties vested with authority to access his/her data.
By saying unified system there are agencies that have limited access to some level of Data, Bank's,Job center, DVLA are few of those.

Deliberate concealment of information or Deliberate misinformation is criminal.
if you are in doubt check the small print's associated to these forms.

Have you received your unconditional offer? if, YES, the invoice should be there.
This will clearly state the amount, bank name, number etc.

@justwise and other gurus in the house, please I need a tangible information about gaté crashing for IOM tuberculosis test. We plan to apply for visa by mid May but we couldn’t find a close date for the test online. The earliest we could find is 2nd June. Does anyone have useful info about gaté crashing? Bros don't cancel most sch don't refund after giving u CAS aside u av a visa denial on a different ground. Pls don't defer now . u can make enquiry from them before u carry on anways
