I submitted my application to Teesside University this afternoon and in less than 2 hours, i was sent a conditional offer (still surprised at this)

Course: Visual communication (with Advance Practice)
Duration: 2 years
Tuition fee: 8500 Pounds for the first year and was granted 2000Pounds scholarship.

To get the unconditional offer, i was asked to pay a deposit of 4000Pounds.

Due to reviews here as regards Teesside delay in issuing CAS, i don't know if i should still go ahead with the process as i am still awaiting offer from Sheffield Hallam University ( 2 years also).

As regards Job opportunities, cheap accommodation etc. Which area is more preferable between Teesside and Sheffield.

I will be going with my wife (dependant) and son.

The earliest you can apply is three(3) months before your course start date. From UKVI website.

I saw on UKVI , it clearly stated 1 month, I too , i tot it was 3 months but i was reading through today from my CAS letter and i clicked on it, it spelt it out 1 month to course day resumption

I did mine on the 8th April, sent a paid mail yesterday and they replied, "awaiting decision"

I think we should all be patient

But your beneficiary information is wrong. UBA is not your beneficiary? It should be your personal details

If it’s for your school fees,the beneficiary is your school and not UBA na .Uba is making the transfer for you so they can’t be the beneficiary.
It’s funny how people make this mistake.

Many thanks to all that have been giving useful insights here.

I have a clarification to make please.

I was refused visiting visa in 2006 and 2008 but can't find the letters again because of long age of time.

Additionally, I have secured an ission to one of the UK universities but because of comments I read here about reluctance of schoolsto issue CAS upon learning about previous refusals, I did not declare the refusals while applying for the ission. My intention is to the declare the refusals during the visa application stage.

The issue now is that I've been scheduled for pre-CAS interview and I'm wondering if I should still maintain my earlier position or mention the refusals in the questionnaire requiring i indicate previous refusals (if any). Further, will this affect the chance of obtaining the CAS and ultimately visa?

Please, over to you our experienced gurus. Kindly assist.

Why would you hide your refusals?
refusal is part of Visa application as there is no where it was stated that granting you one is guaranteed.
Hiding it is even more criminal,they will find you out as UK has a unified system,your DOB and your name is all that requires.
