Oluwo is absolutely spot on, I can bear witness to their madness. They'd tell you they don't sell their ancestral land, you would have to know people that know people that could stand as a guarantor if you are lucky. Very primitive and clannish bunch of people.

A guy that lived in the East said it even to their faces that Igbos are the most intolerant set of people one can ever meet in Nigeria.. the guy hails from Middle Belt so they talk down on him with words like 'onye Hausa what are you doing in our land' bla bla.. He even confirmed it that they don't sell land to other tribes or allow other ethnicities flourish in their region.
