Why would people borrow money from loan apps without the intention of paying it back? From the days of Sherlock and his pound of flesh,loan sharks have been devising ways to get back their money from defaulters.

So my advise is pay back your loan and avoid unnecessary embarrassment like that one.

Don't borrow if you know you can't pay back.

He should sue the loan app for deformation of character.

But Nigerian are bad people, u see them coming online to complain that the loan app defamed their name as if they had the intention to pay before. Most loan app give at least 7days to pay up and u where also shown their and conditions before borrowing, so why borrow when u know u can't meet up with the deadline. That is how someone borrowed money from my sister since last year and won't even mention anything about the money when she sees my sister.

Here in Nigeria, expect to borrow someone money today and if you want the money back, expect to be an enemy... I've been blaming these loan apps before but i later experienced a once "good" friend of mine that lend money from me and now to pay back is war. He even blocked me and relocated to where i don't know. I had to forget about it. I've had the issue before with another Akwa Ibom guy, and this one makes it the 8th person owing me. So, i've learned never to lend or help anyone who i know cannot pay me back and if i eventually want to lend, i'll only lend them the money i'll never ask back just to be at peace because thinking about it alone can give you high BP.

This loan app are criminals. Thank God I've paid them the money I borrowed from them, just imagine lending someone 20k to pay 27k within the space of 2 weeks. They should try and extend the time limit to atleast 1 month, that 2 weeks is too short to pay back the loan.
