when I said you don't read, go back and read my first comment to you. I clearly highlighted that Ukraine don't want to hold a referendum instead they insist that those that want to be Russian can go to Russia. They won't cede any territory of Ukraine under international laws to Russia.

Before you ask why Ukraine doesn't want to, please read on the Ukraine issue starting from 2001, you'll understand better
