Thanks very much for asking this question but first before I answer your question let me let you know that the reason Russia troops find it difficult to invade Ukraine through land is because of the weather conditions, the grounds are muddy it affecting most of those Cartapult vehicles that is why it is always difficult to launch an attack on Eastern Europe and Australian countries on land because of their weather conditions, Adolf Hitler had this same experience when he tired to invade Moscow.
Now to answer your question.

The reason Ukraine isn't sending missiles into Russia is simply because Ukraine doesn't even have the capacity.

I forgot they will use the president dick to fire it.Russia finished Ukraine military capabilities within 48 hours leaving them with only ground soldiers.
