There is alot of controversy surrounding what happened yesterday in Anambra state in the city of Awka to be precise. This event led to the bringing down of this young man by the name of Anani. This man is said to be the Blackaxe leader in the university of Azikiwe popularly known as Unizik. And this event happened in broad day light. It was all over the social media.
Alot of people has come up with different versions of this event, given the intensity of what happened.
So this is what happened on the 15th of March 2022.
The clash between the security operatives and the Blackaxe , started when a young man who is said to be a blackaxe member by the name of Emmergency was apprehended by the local security, which we call the vigilantes.
The vigilantes apprehended Emmergency in the case of armed robbery. When Emmergency was in their custody some of Blackaxe decided to go rescue Emmergency.
So when they got to where the vigilantees are they finally rescued Emmergency. They packed their car which is a Siena car in a filling station and took Emmergency inside. But how ever they decided to go back to go fight the vigilantes. It was like a shooting movie scene. You could hear the sounds of guns from the videos of yesterday.
Two vigilantees were killed in the cross fire by the Blackaxe . But what the Blackaxe did not know was that backup was already on their way. There was a special police force coming. Alot of people said the police were not on uniform.
So when the police officers came as backup they were able to defeat the Blackaxe .
So the Blackaxe started pushing back, and when they tried to run back to their car the security officers killed the man below.
He is by the name of Anani and he is said to be a leader of the Blackaxe in Unizik. So they killed this young man and his friends collected his guns and ran away. So the security officers went to the car and they apprehended Emmergency for the second time.
That is when they took Emmergency and they burnt him alive. The people that carried out this jungle justice they are not just vigilantes. The police were aware.But according to them they said that was done because two vigilantees were killed.
