very good , but not in the east , money is a type of measurement, if they are given level playing ground in other regions of Nigeria then there's no basis for your argument. I lived with Ibo all my life most of my good friends are Ibos. If you keep perceiving hate I guess it has to do with how you relate with the people you are with.
