Please I have a few questions.
Anyone with current travel information as it seems the last information here is not so recent;
1. Please which documents are required at the airport and POE?
2. Will I need to apply for Travel exemption/authorization letter since I'm fully vaccinated?
3. Is the covid test still required 72hrs before?
4. Is quarantine plan still required even for fully vaccinated

Also, please house I need information on how to renew both study permit and work permit inside Canada.
1. Can the renewal of both Study permit and spousal work permit be done simultaneously or the study permit should be renewed first then work permit after?
2. Any info on how to go about with renewal

1. Stamped port, ission letter (just in case), IRCC introduction letter, proof of vaccination.

2. IRCC is changing travel rules as from 28 February. Other requirements and documents can be found here (https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/covid-vaccinated-travellers-entering-canada).

3. The link in 2 above would answer this too.

1b. Renew both simultaneously.

2b. to your portal, and start a new application. You will be asked questions that will generate the forms you have to fill (e.g., are you applying for spouse, etc).

You spouse is studying right? If thats the case use his LOA for your daughter it will fly thats the normal proceedure. Apply for study permit that will kind of help fast tract the whole visa application process becos study permit is more important and more time conciousness is placed on it by IRCC than SOWP or VV. This could further be hastened up with upfront medicals as well as full covid 19 vaccination. And since shes 7years already the best thing to aplly for is study permit. My perspective

Sowp now has reduced to 36weeks from the update of yesterday 22nd feb while visit visa has reduced to 168days hopefully it will start coming down this way. Fingers crossed it will end in praise

I think untill he or she is 5, you can't request for study permit. And you don't even need a Loa to process for study permit. There is an exception to the rulr

Which province are you going if it is quebec he needs to be 5years before you can apply for study permit. If it is other provinces apart from quebec once he is 4 year he can apply for study permit. I hope that answers your question. Use the parents LOA for him for the study permit application it will be accepted

If yes, then submit what you have. As a Student, its not expected that you should be on a full time job.

The exsisting Sowp portal is the only one for now the new portal is only for visit visa

If yes they might want to see that. If no then submit the pay slips of your part time job in canada. But sincerely something must have trigered or waranted that request so think well and be careful in responding. It will end in praise

my program is two years and started in 2020 to end in May 2022

I am still a student and not eligible for PGWP yet.

The study permit expires AUGUST 27TH 2022

Just went through my documents i submitted in 2019, I attached a study leave letter with pay from my office in Nigeria. Does this mean I have to source for pay slips and include them? This quite confusing. Spoke with some people this morning and they advised that this request letter is specifically for spouses already on PGWP.

Just respond with your part time job offer details: My spouse is on part time but got pay slip and reference letter from where she works. Do not forget to empahsize that you are still in School, stating the expected date of graduation

If thats is it then mail IRCC with your study permit and recent transcript stating that you and still in school and not eligible for post graduate work permit yet and your studies will be rounding up in may. I just home you still get paid from nigeria because i have a strong feeling that is what they are requesting for because from the records with them they should know you are still in school.
But when they requested documents last month it was study permit and recent transcript

What was your finance like during her application submission?

How much is she bringing to Canada?

How much do you have to you and your family?

The reason for payslip is to confirm finance status aggregates to keep the family.

When submitting your payslip, please add other financial documents to prove your financial standings. This should be for you and your spouse.

Present your response well enough

The payslip should come first and other documents follows, use a table of content for easy reference. Include letter of explanation to buttress your capability to sustain your family in canada.

Your spouse visa is almost done for approval, the V.O just needs a confirmation to progress. That confirmation is in ur hand. Kindly respond well to their query.
