There's this Data Base stuff Whatapps always create. Just go to your whatapps folder in file manager and look for the database you will see so many files usually in 200mbs. You could clear up to 5gb by deleting them but they will come back in a few days and keep piling up. Also if you use Telegram to video/files and you save to gallery, it only saves a copy of that file to gallery hence duplicating it leaving the original in the Telegram folder in File manager. Delete those ones too. Every .mkv .mp4 in telegram are categorised "Others" even when they are clearly videos. When i have time that's what I usually do to clear more than 20GB of junks/duplicated files. Although the 128GB is still more than enough for me and i have never reach the limit.

Experienced this in both my Infinix and Redmi phones so it's not a new thing although it's 100x worse in Infinix because i only had 16gb rom there. That's why i vex buy a 128gb rom phone .

If u successfully boot up your phone without wiping data,quickly backup whatever you can, 'cos this will get worst next time. I think redmi 7 is surviving on it last breath.

I've updated it. Nothing special. I think it has affected my battery. I usually have 52 hours standby time after charging full . I now have 27 hours standby time after the update.

I tell you, nothing special. I haven't noticed changes in battery because I've been busy. I wish they send us a big update though, 9A has gotten 12.5 oh

Same here, mine started in the afternoon and it is not even coming up again

Please I need help, my redmi 9t has the deadboot issue but a technician was able to power the phone on, since then I have not allowed the phone to go off. I received a notification for a new update but ignored it because I don't want the phone to restart. I got to work to and connected to the WiFi as usual, when I picked my phone it was off. I tried turning it on, lucky it did but it took longer to boot. Now all functions relating to sound is not working, no sound when I play music, make calls, it keeps hanging when I play videos also no sound , I connected to my Bluetooth speaker still no sound, it's not recognising my earpiece. The power button does not turn off the screen but it wakes it if the screen is black. Please who has experience such before and any solution
