Just one of the many bugs from Xiaomi. See mine too. I have given up on trying to reduce it. It wouldn't go down below 10Gb no matter what I delete. As you can see, I don't have much apps and I don't keep videos on my phone but the "other" files keeps increasing.

Even with my 128GB that is almost full I don't get as much as this because I know what others mean and how to deal with it.

I took it to Raya and they accepted it for refund. They said I will be refunded within 2 weeks.

I prefer it to 9T. I hardly use my camera so I can't compare it at that level. But I am enjoying it better than 9T - smaller, lighter, faster, better display.

My R10p just switches on DND by itself. Even when I switch it back on, after some time, it brings up the notification saying that 'calls and notifications will be silenced'. I need help.

It's not even a scheduled stuff where I set it. It just does it on it's own.

If it's COD, no too stress. Close background apps and use a game launcher if Xiaomi has one.

The heating will reduce too. Turn off mic if you use it often. The lagging will reduce too.

This is for COD and PUBG. You can try other methods too.

Compared to the S10, you won't enjoy gaming on the Redmi Note 10 Pro. It overheats when playing games such as COD and PES. The only solution is to downgrade graphics to the bare minimum.

To cut it some slack though, my friend complains of the same overheating when playing same games on his S10 Plus.

I believe the S10 Plus houses same chipset as the and S10, so it's most likely gonna be the same story.

Perhaps, PESM and CODM were badly optimized.

What MIUI version are you running

I've updated it. Nothing special. I think it has affected my battery. I usually have 52 hours standby time after charging full . I now have 27 hours standby time after the update.

I got my redmi note 7 with variant 4g/126g last year without any issue but since I updated to MIUI 12.5.3 Android 10 it has been one issue to another. Right now I can't make call or receive call. If am on MX player, I can't insert earphone to the headjack, if I try it the phone will switch off. What could be wrong?

I did wipe all data on recovery mode and everything was fine for like three weeks but installation of some basic apps like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, dictionary, bible et all, it started again
