A beggar identified as Hadiza Ibrahim surprised everyone after she was arrested in Abuja with over N500k and $100.

The incident have thrown many into confusion as some people at the scene were linking the woman to kidnappers. Others were on the view that she might be into child trafficking or rituals.

As of the time of this report, salemgists could not authoritatively confirm where the woman is from or how she is in possession of such huge amount of money.

Although sources later confirmed that she has been handed over to the police for further investigation.

the way the money is arranged looks suspicious .
Well Lets say 50k was from 10 clients each who had naira notes and the other client who do not have 50k in naira note so he /she gave her dollar equivalent in place of naira . Think twice and be wise .

I have the same question. When has it become a crime to have money in this country?

A beggar in a good location with high traffic and comionate people will make over 2k comfortably. Assuming N500 is used for food, that comes to 45k monthly and over N540k in a year. So it is not surprising.
This doesn’t mean you should stop showing comion.
