I approached a test lab to carry out a male fertility and infection test and below is the report of the test.
I did semen analysis and urine test.

What does it mean and what treatment is the best .

The result indicate that you have a low sperm count and one of the factor detected is Staph...
Try to treat infection first then you can work on the low sperm count
