I have some questions because this HIV thing is becoming annoying.

1. How come researchers don't have a permanent solution to the HIV yet?

2. I read an extensive study by Dr. Anthony Fauci (I believe you know him) and the American doctor explained how it has been nearly impossible to completely eliminate the HIV cells from human body. What has other medical scientists done since Dr. Fauci concluded this research?

3. Why does the world have to wait for the US for everything? Does it mean they have special brains in the United States? How come any disease Americans cannot treat remains impossible to treat?

4. What are our scientists doing in this part of the world? Do people just go to school and acquire knowledge to treat malaria and typhoid? Why can't one of our professors of med. science pioneer a discovery that will permanently kick HIV and AIDS out of out lives?

I would however add that most labs these days use a combo of the antigen antibody test kits and as such most results are accurate after 2 weeks of infection. These 4th generation tests look for the antigen or the antibodies. I am yet to see a 4th generation result after two weeks of exposure change. They are mostly conclusive

Thanks, why I'm asking is because I had unprotected sex 8 years ago 2015 and I regreted that. I don't feel sick at all. That's why I was curious about the years

Go to a government approved primary health centre that is far and remote from your locality and take your drugs free.

Ensure you take them everyday as stipulated.

Always check your viral load and CD4 count at intervals.

If you are steady with your drugs, it will suppress the viral load that the virus will not be found in your body secretions, with that you can even have unprotected intercourse without transmitting the infection.

You can have a partner for closure.
Do well to protect him or her by avoiding penetrative intercourse, at least u can engage in other forms of sex.

To the best of my knowledge. I haven't heard of rvs hiv test before.. Does rvs mean Random virus sampling?

But even before you're given hiv antiretroviral drugs, you must do a confirmatory hiv antigen p24 blood test. And this blood will be taken directly from a vein. Not like the one taken when your thumb is punctured.

HIV is when you don't take the drugs which is very affordable
That's when it can turn to full blown AIDS.

don't go to any private clinic. Locate d nearest govt hospital to you. The drugs is almost free so it's very very affordable
