Honestly, they need to do more when it comes to battery. I dropped my iPhone and got a Samsung simply for the freedom of being able to go a day without being attached to a power bank.

Not entirely true, you see when Apple launched the iPhone X and XS Max at $1000+, they were testing the waters to see if the high price would deter sales. They had the iPhone 8 realised at the same time as a backup incase sales weren't doing well.

As you can see, price was merely a number for people who wanted to own the last iPhone. (Sometimes I wonder how that Asian guy who sold his kidney and used most of the money for the latest iPhone 4 is doing today). The sales figures were better than expected. Other phone manufacturers, e.g. Samsung, even Tecno, were watching and they too started posting flagship phones that cost over $1000 (except Tecno, even though their devices progressively became more expensive?

Now coupled with poor economic outlook, inflation, artificial dollar scarcity especially in Nigeria, it has become a normal thing to see a phone priced at almost N1,000,000 and people will still buy.

They so-called yahoo boys have little to do with this.

I still prefer my Google pixel 3xl camera to my Iphone 11 anyday anytime ,and the speed ,the simplicity and productivity is top notch on the pixel
