This is part of the reasons I am routing for Osibanjo. He understands the actual problem and has sound and working solutions. You need to visit the courts and listen to judicial proceedings or read judgment of an average Nigerian judge, so shallow, riddled with but grammatical blunders and derail thought processes that u wonder how some of them became judges. The truth is that here, the best brains don't get to become judges. The best brains are often not connected to the high and mighty who determine who becomes a judge. Osibanjo is actually one of the reasons this government hasn't failed beyond this level. He has succeeded in everything that has been entrusted into his hands, most especially negotiations with militants in the Niger Delta when they were bombing oil facilities.
