Incorrect: " Do you think you could send a technician out or someone to have a look at the problem because I work from home......"

My comment: The error I noticed is punctuation error. A question mark is missing and the use of dot, dot, dot at the end is also bad.

This is how it's supposed to go:
"Do you think you could send a technician out or someone to have a look at the problem?Because I work from home."

Not port photo. They actually want international port and maybe a statement of or utility bill as proof of address. They may approve the if it's just ID they want. But if they need proof of address, they're likely to permanently limit it once they see it's from Nigeria.
