The autopsy was done both in lagos and Warri. This shows transparency on the part of the government. This may not be the result the family of the deceased desire but you cannot condemn an accused for an offence he did not commit neither can you even prosecute without evidence to substantiate your case. I can understand the feelings of the family but they have to move on.
I also feel for the accused boys and their family. I can imagine the psychological trauma they would have suffered. I hope they get back their lives.

I don't understand Lagos state government

The problem is that the case was hastily closed by the Lagos State Government.
The students and officials were hastily released without the issue getting to court.
The school will be hastily opened for activity within a short period.

If you wonder why there's a public outcry over this, it's the process which is already looking suspicious to even a child.
Justice should not only be done, but be SEEN to have been done.

the autopsy was not done by professionals from the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital alone, it was done alongside professionals from Central Hospital, Warri.

Yes he was probably bullied, like it happens in almost all boarding school, but to be realistic its very unlikely a high class school for rich kids would be so loose that 10year old and 11 year olds would be forming deadly cults right in the school premises without the authorities noticing. I believe the whole thing was blown out of proportion to whip sentiments. We always tend to blame someone for our misfortune even when its not always the case. Thats the typical african mentality.
