For a post graduate diploma program that the application is still on, do you think it will be too late to apply for visa this January/February?

I went to 3 different banks to ask if I could use a one way ticket and my student visa to get PTA and they all said NO. So I was forced to buy a return ticket just so that I could get PTA. When I calculated the cost of changing at black market vs buying a return ticket, it made more economic sense to buy a return ticket. The good thing is one can use the ticket up to one year after purchase.

I really would advise anyone that wants PTA to just buy a return ticket.

Go to CAC office around Alausa and get it activated. You will pay your arrears Annual returns , it is like 8,000 per year and it starts counting a year and half after business registration. Once you have paid, you will mail CAC HQ with the receipt attached. It will be reactivated within 24hours.

I am self employed, ed my business in 2017 but, I realize my registration number is showing inactive on CAC' website. Although, I have my CAC certificate. Plus, I haven't paid taxes except nepa bill.

Does it matter if I my business certificate as part of the docs I submit to ukvi? Would the inactive status of my registration number cause any harm?

Do I get Reference Letter from my partners I work with, would it suffice?

Instead of paying in the 800k to your , you may want to pay it to your school instead. That way, the 10.2M in your will suffice as you would have increased your initial tuition deposit.

It is actually a good thing if you get NSF mail. It means that they want to give you visa but need that particular document/information to be sure. Send the document/information and your visa is assured, I guess.

When you submitted, you must receive auto response that your application was initiated and it comes with application number.
Also, approval is solely the job of the bank you choose. visit the branch, show them the email response you get from the portal. They should the application on their trade system portal which will now default to their head office for final approval. You will receive a mail from the portal if it's approved and also when transaction is completed you will also get a mail response.

PTA application is minimum of 14 days to travel date, you are good to apply now. i got my PTA yesterday.

NSF mail on 22rd December
Replied 23 December
Paid mail 4th January

Got this reply please what should I do next.. pple who did after Me are getting visas.

And some tickets are refundable even after using the first leg, preferably bought from the airline. You can request for the refund of the return leg within a week of arriving at your destination.
NOTE: not promo ticket but "refundable " ticket.

They are requesting for an official transcript while I have an unofficial one, I graduated from OAU. Requesting for transcript now from OAU can take months. And I'm resuming for May intake.
