My joy is, they met their match this time. The father of the murdered boy is rich. The parents of the killers are influential so let's see how this plays out. With the caliber of lawyers and bodies beckoned on in the press release, this justice is far from swept under the carpet. This one done choke their throat. Even if it will be swept, they'll have to get an iron broom as this dirt will not be easy to clean up. Lol. Rip dear boy. It's just the dead body of the innocent that they did not allow to be buried and rest in peace that pains me

seborrhic: You have said it all. Besides, the autopsy earlier done in Delta State has been reported to agree with what was done in Lagos with all the stakeholders present. Unfortunately, Nigeria is a jungle justice society where the acc is always right, and the accused must never be found innocent. 4 Likes 1 Share |

The politicians are not interested in the case. I think because those boys are minor. Also the victim was beaten during initiation to a cult group as said by an online blog. From the start I knew the case would be buried. But I thought the boys parents would beg the victim parents to drop the case. |

PeacenLove2:The pathologist report from Lagos said there was finding of "pyomyosities in the ankle region".What it means is that the muscles covering the bones of the ankle was infected with bacteria.Infection like that couldn't have come from the air,an injury to the ankle must have caused it if it didn't come from an open wound in that region. My own inference is that it likely came from a fall or a sort of twisting of the ankle. Logically an x-ray should have been done to confirm the state of his ankle t at death.I didn't see that. But if indeed the pyomyosities finding is correct, every other thing can honestly be explained:that the infection was not treated at all or was poorly treated,it spread as untreated infections are won't to do,unfortunately it spread into the blood affecting many of the organs, including the lungs, thus the pneumonia, then death ensued. If they had gone further to culture the particular bacteria that caused the infection,it would have further shed light on why it became that aggressive.I suspect it maybe what is called a MRSA,basically an aggressive type resistant to many common antibiotics. That's my reading of the whole scenario. 1 Like 1 Share |

There is court for them to get justice. Even if they go to court, I believe at the end the victim parents would drop the case. The begging would be too much. |

The owner of the school don settle ....since he is based in lagos, he knows his way around compare to them that are staying in another state.... God will fight for them, because even falana may not do much at the stage... |

Realmi: You were there when he was settling? He also went to Delta and settled the people that performed the Delta autopsy? People like you are the real enemies of the people. |

seborrhic: I saw that part but an ankle injury that could cause this degree of damage and then result in death would be conspicuous. There would be no disagreements or any doubts by the parents, I don't recall anyone mentioning swollen foot, wounds on the foot or limps resulting from a sprained or broken ankle. The whole football thing is a lie from the pit of hell. 1 Like |

It's unfortunate that this country has degenerated to this level. No wonder kanu calls it a zoo. my prayer is that God Almighty, the righteous judge, will cause endless untimely death and blood shed to become the companion of the families of all involved in the conspiracy of covering up the truth with regards to the gruesome murder of this young boy. NB I hope all parents whose children are in Bowen college are keeping close watch |

It is obvious the Autopsy report was tampered with..that’s where they started from. All I can say is Let the soul of the departed obtain justice from his killers.

This case get as ee be. I knew the police would act based on the report of the autopsy. Me I don't know for this case again oh. It's so sad Sylvester died. Only God knows exactly what happened and why he died. Even medicine isn't 100 Percent accurate atimes. At the moment, the police has not been able to establish that Sylvester was given a poisonous substance to drink. No evidence to back that allegation up.

udemzyudex: No mind that guy. There is something up with him - it's like being willfully blind. Not only an obvious cover-up, but a childish one at that Other students were there when he was beaten up and forced to drink. Some have spoken up. The child himself spoke up. His father narrated (see below). The child also had peeling lips, chemically damaged organs, and broken bones. All these were wrong according to the report. He was never beaten up and there was no trace of any chemical! Nigerian wonder! Now you see it, now you don't! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obWkydzkpQw 2 Likes |

fonox90:Lagos state (APC) vs Delta state (PDP). Nigerian politicians can play politics with anything... including human lives. They can suppress justice, but surely they can't kill it. In this case, God will surely dispense justice |

The only way to get justice here is revenge, touch my kid and your house will be set ablaze. You will burn like Suya.

Do autopsy tests always reveal everything that could possibly cause death? 1. The report may be correct on the basis of what was detected but wrong on the real cause of death. 2. Personally speaking, I would let it go because no amount of justice can bring back my son and I will hate to subject his body to all the desecration that comes with doing repeated autopsy. 3. I don't blame the parents for fighting to get justice for their son. 4. I pray for comfort and peace to return to their lives after the shocking loss of their child. |
