The time was a constraining factor to be honest. I wasn't expecting questions like that.

I had to click on the link directly and enter my name in the same order as it is in the invitation mail from heirs

Honestly it’s just wickedness , cos how can you allocate only 5 mins for 10 logical reasoning long questions. Before you even read it time has already gone.

I didnt even finish at all, for real Jobberman should do better in of organising an assessment

First mail(received Friday,31st December, 2021) and second mail (received Sunday, 2nd January, 2022)

I received the first but i didn't receive the second mail. I would have been expecting a mail from Jobberman but guess what? I just check my spam and realized i did received the assessment link from Jobberman, but it's too late. I receive 100's of mails from Jobberman so i hardly even check. I miss this because of unprofessionalism from their end and wonder what the work culture is like. Would have probably still missed it since the mail came around 2pm anyway. God knows best. We move.

But the invitation mail from heirs specifically told us to check the spam folder in case we do not see the test link in the inbox.
It's unfortunate that this had to happen

Had a similar experience. Both the chrome and explorer browser on my PC were not loading the authentication page. Ended up using my phone as against the instructions.

Seriously, it's upsetting that things like this happen and there's no one to talk to. The absence of live in online tests is something that should definitely change. I for once, have had one too many tortuous experience.

I mean, tests in physical test centres encounter problems all the time. Isn't it delusional to think that it all suddenly goes away with online proctored tests?

That said, I honestly think u should have improvised like myself. Sorry for ur experience bro. How about sending them a mail?

Live for online tests...wow...I never thought of this...its a great idea and if someone can design a solution for this...it would go a long way. However the inability of people to take these tests for one reason or the other be it system error or whatsoever is another way for these companies to screen people out.

That's the point, I didn't receive that invitation mail but recieve the subsequent Jobberman mail. Like they are 3 mails in total. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I did not receive the "2nd" so how can i would i be expecting anything from Jobberman? Anyhow it's done.
