Hi, I also have the same issue. did Biometrics with family since Dec 2nd, got an NSF mail but they never asked for any additional document cos I am pretty sure that I gave all the necessary documents. It has been 15days on a priority, no communication, the status is still at DMC. I have seen so many applications after the Dec 2nd that have received decisions. I have just sent a paid email today, waiting for their response/reasons. It is really annoying.

Application date : 2nd December
Biometric date : 7th December
Collection mail: 21st December
No NSF mail.
DHL delivery date : 24th December.
Declared three visitor visa refusals from US, Australia and Canada , submitted refusal letters, reference letter from work, ID card, etc.
Christmas came early.

They’re incredibly slow, see me thinking I’d get my visa by now, I haven’t even gotten my CAS lol. I just hope I get it on or before 1st week Jan, the only thing is they’re lenient with their CAS/entry deadlines.

Received my CAS yesterday and I’m waiting for my POF to mature by Friday, wanna know if I gotta wait for it to be mature before I can pay visa and NHS fee or this payments can be made before then.

I don't think it's compulsory, you can add your employment letter and work ID, it will serve the same purpose.

My lecturer email is not academic

Teeside is actually not in same response league with Coventry.
Coventry is the fastest with Student correspondence.
You should follow up with a call on your application to clear the cause of delay.
