Please i need guide on this NFIU because i have a connect that assured me he will get d job for me but when u said they issued apl last month, i come de wonder if d guy de play me. He said they will soon call me for my apl even without interview. I have a lilttle observation though cos i knw most of this Grade A org conduct interviews b4 u get job so i was wondering if 1 can get staright up apl without interview? people that got d apl last month, they will start documentation by january? I will be glad if i get good pls so as to knw how to push for this job. God help us

The same thing happened to me in 2017. The director helping me didnt know when names were compiled. When i kept telling him, he kept on arguing. To the extent he told that, he is the one working there not me and he knows what is happening. So when it was dawn on him, he started begging them and they gave him only one slut which he gave to his nephew. Though am not his relation. Someone took me to him. He put the blame at the Head Office that they are too secretive in replacement. In summary, most directors don't have say in replacement. It is only general recruitment they will be carried along.


Most times some of the directors are sidelined in some internal affairs of the organisation. Especially the inactive ones. Those ones that are in the state office. Ur connect should be close the directors at the National Office or discuss with DG and Director of Human Resource at the National Office.
On your own side, don't ask her as if u re making an enquiry from her. Make it as if u re giving her top secret.

There is a secret recruitment happening in a teaching hospital this December/January. no exam and is based on slot .. I work there so I happen to know. If you know you can churn out like 100k Sha... Pay is about 87k pay month but by next year it is hoped the salary will be ard 100-120k
