I own a betking , and sometimes i do fund my , though i'm not a bettor adict..

Two months ago, i made a deposit of N1000, it was succesfull and i was debited, but i wasn't credited. This was done using quickteller..

After like two days, i did another deposit of N500, it was successful again, but my was never credited.

I wasn't seeing the money like i was loosing because of the small deposited amount, but i decided to take accoun when the uncredited deposited repeated up to more than 10 times in just two weeks..

So i ed betking customer sercive the day i made another uncredited N500 deposit, and i was suprise that they checked my and said there was no pendind or such transaction of such..

I have to quickeller, they requested for the deposited refrence number, and comfirmed that the depost was successfully delivered, and that i should my bet company..

All this happened about two months ago, and i had to stop using and funding my betking accout..

So i decided to fund my again today, and they debited me after a succesful comfirmation message, and up till now betking has refused to credit my accout..

If anyone can understand and tell me the logit to why they are not crediting my having made a deposit, the person should tell me now.

I'm already ing a lawyer who will help me to sue the company..

I have all the uncredited deposit refrence number which they claim they never see..

Abeg sue them.. That company has done bad more than good to nigeria.. They claim to be youth empowerment instead of youth emkillerment..

Why sue them?
You were going to lose the money in the long run after all.

How did this turn out? I have a similar issue #5000 and I have ample evidence from betking, access bank and quickteller where they all have been maintaining Thier stand. I dey actually plan go court before i say maa research if anyone has had similar ish

Same thing here my dear. Fidelity debited me without crediting my BETKING . Have written to both but no convincing .

GTB did the same thing with 3k I think there is a conspiracy between payment channels and banks to hijack and steal money used to fund betting believing the depositors won't give much of a fight to get their money,it's just the greedy plans and strategy of the greedy people behind our Nigerian payment platforms they lack integrity and trust.its all about their greedy agenda and strategy,I haven't gotten my money back after months of complaining, to my bank though sometimes the betting company recieves the funds late due to bad internet network refuse to acknowledge it in the betting only to get embezzled by a staff or worker of betking or the betting company
