Convince them about how you are a good fit based on your previous experiences.

Don't forget to charge them too oh.

Charge them means salary.

Don't make the mistake not to negotiate well

The test was taken in their office and immediately after the test we proceeded for Interview for those that ed the test.

its more of basic questions. Simple maths, English and some Health education things. I cant much though. I dont know if it is same for every role. I I used an online practice site "myjobtests" or so. It was helpful for me. Never heard back, so I just 4get the thing

Most NGOs aptitude test are job based. Understanding of the job description is critical success in same.

I work in the sector and i have done aptitude test before.

The questions you will be asked are mostly essays on situations and how you resolve those issues from your experience.

Most times, what they are looking for is how you can think on your feet and also your written communication skills.

MSF lacks integrity in selection of candidates. They are not fair and selection is never on merit. Just stay hopeful but they have lost the steam they started with in Nigeria.
