I write to seek help on the best way to retrieve my money. About 6 months ago I met a guy online with the name Ajibade Ibrahim Ademola. He claimed He could help people out with their freelancing jobs, so I gave him 47k to boost my Upwork profile. The niga ran with my money, boasting that there's nothing I can do to him.

I went to my bank and they advised that I write to His bank which I did. They then gave me two options to either get His consent for reversal or a court order. The court order is a long process which will take several months.

I have notified him to give His consent but He wouldn't respond. He has blocked me on on platforms.

He said nothing you can do he actually meant it but believe me he will pay the money 500 folds .just move on.

Do not wait for Karma, do the right thing by going through the court.

Deal with him through the court, no need of even ing him or begging him again.

Getting court order for cases like this doesn't suppose to be hard. Imagine someone scamming you with his ed sim and bank which have his NIN and BVN in the same country with you but goes free because the people who are supposed to work on it is making the process stressful. I experienced such too on Telegram over a year ago.
Sent mails to the Scammer's bank and cbn.
At the end of the day his bank said he has changed location & that the number he gave the is no longer reachable.

Question is, can I still pursue the case via court order after a year?

I am not even sure if the montula is still on the surface of earth cos I cursed him.

This court order thing is over rated,u can get it within an hour, heard someone got it in about that time on a fraud case. Even if u get it, the guy will not leave a kobo in that
