Nothing you can do. (keep it away from dust, also open space for air flow.
High graphic games does that noise thing. Especially if ps4 hdd health is very low.
PS4 slim is best at handling the fan noise.

Well that explains it to a large extent. CUH 70** is the launch model. The most popular flaw of launch model PS4 Pro is the "jet engine" fan noise.

Improvements were made on the most recent pro models CUH 72** whose operation is most silent.

The thing is, people often don't know much about what they are buying, but simply go for the cheaper selling price.

As a retailer, I avoid CUH 70*** models because I know why.

To answer your question, there is really nothing you can do as the problem is with the model design. Cleaning it will not make the problem go away although dirt contributes to overheating and hence increased cooling fan operation

- Telltale’s Walking Dead (Seasons 1-4).
