I was denied September 13th 2021
I bought another MRV fee to apply for another appointment
Applying again for spring 2022.
I booked an appointment for February 2022
I readed from the Cgi portal that, i can not apply for expedited appointment
but after 2months.
My question is that do i have to wait for 2months or 6months before reapplying. thanks.

Since your date is 9th, you can apply for emergency and get a close date in abuja

Brother, I understand the pain.
But the truth is, that guy has the power to give or deny based on the circumstances at the moment. The last I , consular officers are empowered by law to grant visas to whomsoever they wish to give and there is nothing anyone can do about it; not even the president of the free world.
Reporting him won't solve anything at all. So kindly dead that idea , make matter no worse. You never know if his superiors are okay with his way of doing things. If you report him, they might end up promoting him. Shebi you see say you don dash am free appraisal.
Anyways, let us be hopeful of good things to come.

Me: I chose this programe because after majoring in courses like speech language and pathology, psychology and linguistics. I will be able to work with children and help children with speech language difficulties. I can help children develop their ability to communicate. I will offer pediatric speech therapy that will help treat children with communication challenges. Both in how they speak and how they understand communication.
Nigerians lack professionals in this field, in this situation is often tied to spiritual problems in Nigeria. Being professional in this field I will help parents of children with delayed speech seek for medical solutions instead of terming it to spiritual forces or hereditary.
