You could have just deferred you ission to spring 2022 which resumes on January 2022 and will request for an EA 60days to your school start date. Even without requesting for the EA, dates will come up for you to reschedule, dates in Nov/Dec has been popping up once in a while since last month.

So even if your school sends you the fall 2022 I-20 today, you still won’t meet the 120days rule since fall semester resumes on August. It means you will have to reschedule to April upwards

There’s nothing wrong with this transcript, I think the vo already made up his mind to deny you the moment you said you haven’t travelled out of the country before. It seems the vo’s in Abuja now take that travel history very serious now. You can reapply and hope for the best.

Since you've not gotten a travel history, they want you to have someone in America but preferably not residing in the state you want to school.
