So.. Lately.. I have been having difficulty getting sound sleep.. Sound sleep here is an understatement undecided I haven't been sleeping...the miminum I get every night is less than 1hour... And this always cause a pounding headache to me in the morning... I have tried reading what could be the cause and solutions.on the internet . But none of it is working...and I have used a number of sleeping pills.. But none seems to work.. I hope it not Insomnia... It really giving me concern...

Am scared cry

We plenty untop this matter. A doc Prescribed aminotryptalin but I hate the drug with ion coz it's fucking addictive..

Yes, it could be insomnia but it's better not to use drug to induce sleep. All you have to do is lifestyle change. If you've been doing strenuous stuff, you have to reduce it. If you've been taking anything with caffeine, reduce it and don't eat late.

Start with 20mins of the exercise and before you know you will sleep before the timer ends..

Do this judiciously and thank me later.

I really understand you, I have had a really hard time keeping afloat in this life.
I haven't been feeling well for a long time, I've been eating very poorly lately, sleeping very poorly.
Went to bed at 5 am and wo5 up at 12pm.
There was no motivation for work and relationships, my mood was bad all the time.
But now thanks to my young man, who tried to get me out of this condition as much as possible, I feel much better already.
I benefited a lot from walks in the fresh air, a trip to a therapist, who prescribed me to take vitamins, and cbd oil as a supplement, proper diet, and exercise in the morning.
I finally got better sleep patterns, now I can work normally, and I feel more cheerful.
