I’m thinking of doing this since the date given to me is not favorable.

Also is there a branch of iom or qlife where Canadian Medicals is done on the island?

PPR dropped sept 20th

I deferred my ission to May when my approval was not forthcoming. Now it's here, and I'm expected to send my port. Should I send it without the new LoA from my school, which I'm yet to receive? If I do, what would be the implication?

You need a dollar card. You can get one yourself from apps like barter. There are a few others. You fund with naira. Note its black market rate
If you have a relative abroad you can ask them to make payment for you or use their card.
