It’s a family of 4 but my dependants husband and 2 children were not allowed to do walk in at ikj Tls as only students were considered due to near resumption date. They were asked to come on their appointment date.
As I have read here that main applicant’s priority can carry the dependants if done on same day but because ours was scattered so we decided to do another priority for my husband so that it can boost the processing of my children’s application when linked but for where? His came out on the 4th working day after biometric but we are still awaiting those of the children.
We have kukuma resigned to fate and patiently counting the 15 working days in order for us all to move.
I want to sincerely appreciate everyone for their contribution and specially that scoby2007 for helping us go through our application.
No agent was used as all information was sourced here. I wish the remaining applicants success . May we all prosper and excel in the UK.
To those asking or that may ask, I am the main applicant but I used my husband’s statement of and we all applied together but did biometrics on different days.

Yes we have it....I was the one that saw all the documents when I visited him because we do not stay in the Same city and shouted what kind of application is this. I told him if I'm the VO I would denied him also.

I hate to have to do this as I’m kinda encouraging you to lie, I would advise that you wait till early next year before his application, get him to do ‘divorce’ papers and have it as proof, get married before you leave if you can ( take a lot of wedding photos etc) Please do not come clean to UKVI as that is grounds for getting a travel ban and there’s a chance that this might affect your visa. Again I’m not proud of myself for asking you guys to lie but it’s really the only way seeing that you are pregnant and the relationship is important to you. Please in the future, do not lie in any application.

Honestly this your situation is a precarious one. Solving this issue is a very difficult one. Because as as I know you can only get a divorce from a court, and the court will sure ask for your marriage certificate which is fake here. Send me a message let see if there is any way I can find help for but honestly I am not promising anything

Please I need sincere advice about this. My fiance applied for a UK visit visa recently with the help of an agent and the application was denied based on him not able to prove that he will return after his visit and he was not banned. The agent submitted that he was married with a kid and include a fake religion marriage certificate and birth certificate and in the real sense he was not. We are doing our court wedding this week and he can apply has my dependant by November to over. I have my visa already and will be traveling next week. how Can we go about the other marriage certificate included in his application and the fake name included. Thank you God bless you all

Tbvh.. if all the plans they advice you go south.. it’ll be bad for you cos they’ll also retract your visa and issue you a ban. Why can’t you just go to school atleast for a year and you start processing another country, then you guys can live together in that country. It’s easier to migrate to other countries from UK.

I got it too this evening. They said it means we have the visa oo.. that they have probably made a decision. But TLS is delaying in issuing the port. Cos BRP is only given to those that have visa’s.

Your application was successful but they are having prob transfering your data into biometric card and send to your school.

Did you receive a no straightforward mail? If you didn’t, no need to panic at all. My friend did on 10th September, but received her port today, decision was made on the 23rd. Start packing your things, you’ll get it this week, if you don’t, email your school next week Monday to know your options. Wish you best of luck

I did biometric since 17 Sept and paid for priority my programme starts 20th of September University of Derby, up till now I'm still waiting , I've been to tsl vi twice all they say is not yet received from UK embassy vi and I am so worried because University of Derby state clearly that registration will stop 8th of October.
My question is is there anyway one can defer ission to January when the visa comes out and I am not able to make the registration deadline or is there any way out.

Yes the did has been done and you should not add to it by trying to lie even more or trying to beat the system.

The fake marriage certificate he submitted is saved under his name and biometric, they know its fake because they might have failed to it.

So to have rest of mind from now on and for his future application just come out CLEAN, human beings make mistake but the worst is when you made a mistake THEN trying to play around it.

In the UK an offender gets reduced sentence when he/her shows remorse and apologise for wrong doing rather than wasting the court's time dragging the case.

Get married, get marriage certificate and let both of you should write letter to confess about the fake marriage certificate then apologise.

Note though..it doesn't mean that he will be given a visa, its possible they will deny him but the most important thing is that he has nothing more to hide. I have seen people here get a visa even with a ban from other embassies they declared .


Lastly...be careful about who you from here trying to help you for a fee.

Not even considering GCU. Mainly interested in other schools he applied to and answered him promptly. With what I'm facing with Salford, I won't want another uni that takes eternity in issuing a response

But I have gotten an ission in GCU Scotland though, waiting for my CAS as it can't be issued, not untill three months to resumption.

No BRP doesn’t affect the visa or delivering of the port. We should just wait for our collection mail and collect the port.

Yes I did, my referee got link for reference submission same day and it was treated in my presence. He also got acknowledgment, although I have been given ID but waiting for offer like the coming of Jesus Christ lol

He needs to with the professional body that regulates health care delivery in the UK before he can practice, this includes writing an exam.
I'm still surprised. The visa should say 'NO DR or DENTIST WORK', not 'NO WORD OR BUSINESS'. the difference is, even though he cant practice as a doctor, he should still be able to do any other work outside the medical field.

Send them a mail and get it rectified.
