Did you read before making your comment. Nobody is responsible for the ectopic pregnancy. If she had gone for antenatal visits, it would have been detected.
Ectopic pregnancy is the baby growing in the fallopian tube, and not the womb.

At just over over 20 weeks, still no baby movement. Some even detect movement by week 13/14. Average of 18/19 weeks for baby movement, still nothing. Only symptom was kind of low grade illness, more like mild malaria. She was shocked when urine test and later scan showed a healthy pregnancy. There are always outliers or rare cases.

The family of Faith can do a second autopsy just to be satisfied or if something new will be found.
