OP why are u going for old phones, almost 6 years old iphone and 4 years old Samsung?
You can use the same money to buy latest midrange phone from less expensive but quality brands. Don't be surprised that today's midrange might be much more powerful and capable than those ancient phones u want to buy.

The only brand I trust now is Samsung but still considering iphone

Even at that, u can still get good recent brand new Samsung close to tour budget. A series, M series etc.

Op, i dont know about iphones but if na to say na android you wan buy. Get samsung and have peace of mind. Though it is expensive but worth it
