That's exactly what happened to me. I just re-edited my profile (even though my date of birth in the profile was correct). After editing, I went back to the deployment page and my letter without much stress.

@OP I have been deployed. I tried to my PPA letter before the site started to have issues but I couldn't. Now, that the site has been restored, I could not see my Deployment again. It is now showing that I have not been deployed. What do I do pls and how can I resolve this issue?

Pls is anybody having this same issue??

First thing first, make sure you are using Chrome browser,
Change the view to desktop view,
After you might have input your details,
Tap on the button. (As usual an error message pops up)

Now here comes the trick,

Ignore the error message and keep tapping the button non stop.

As for me, I kept tapping the button for more than 5min non stop, still I saw a completed pop up on my notification..

So many people are trying to at the same time, causing the error message.

All you need is patience.
Keep tapping the button non stop.

This trick worked for me, might also work for you, that's why am sharing with you.
Give it a try.

Good one.... it worked like magic. I have been trying this for two days without any positive result but immediately I got the information, I achieved it in less than 1 min. Information is indeed power!

Please I beg you hope editing bank details from overview tab and ing requested document wnt affect my deployment,been finding it difficult to on deployment tab
