I think those making fun of Abba Kyari will be massively disappointed. I’m no fan of Kyari but I don’t think USA should be influencing or dictating the extradition of mister Kyari.

Kyari’s issue is no different from that of any police man in Nigeria, he only added a dimension to to his due to youthful exuberance and him being overzealous.

Because there will always be such things like international crime, reason many governments sign extradition treaty with each other so that criminals will not evade justice due to their locations or citizenships.

If Nigeria haven't signed such treaty with US then they can't ask for Kyari. So PSC should be careful what they say or do. Let them finish their own investigation first.

Well, their day of retribution is at hand. Can you not see the signs? None of them shall go unpunished. That's a given!

In the end, FG/ruling class will not cooperate with the US on this matter, then US will roll out sanctions which may bring about tougher immigration/visa processes for average Nigerians. Whoever is the head of the PSC, the FBI should go after him and scrutinize him. He is one of the people Abba Kyari has done a lot of 'dirty jobs' for.

FBI is talking to Nigeria police because it's Agency and Nigeria have a partnership on helping each other squash criminals

It's government and Nigeria government have partnership on extradition treaty

If iGP and his crew don't denounce Kyari by handling him over to FBI then they have become complicit in his sin because Kyari used the police office of D to aide the crime

It's not by force to hand Kyari over but not handling him over means serious consequences below

(1). FBI has lost trust in it's collaboration with Nigeria antigraft agencies and would stop giving it info on the Yahoo boys it sends to them

(2). Interpol it's sister agency would loose trust in the Nigeria police commitment to it's values and stop collaboration with Nigeria which benefitted from it in getting Kanu

(3). Nigeria may be heading for a huge showdown with USA which it can't afford because of aiding one man

FBI would loose interest in dealing with Nigeria and start using Interpol to extradite.

Nigeria would claim "territorial integrity" saying Interpol can't extradite on behalf of USA without USA filing to them

USA knowing Nigeria can no longer be it's Ally in Africa for holding unto wanted criminals would melt out sanctions and cut out Nigeria from alot of it's policies, companies forcing it's allies to do same
