2012 refusal doesn't sound right unless you are paraphrasing what ukvi said. 2018 and 2019 refusals are not medical / hospital related so it seems that was all cleared and has nothing to do with 2012 refusal.

Again, Student visa is a point based system. As long as you meet all the requirements and declare all refusals, you wouldn't be refused. Las las dem go interview you to determine if you are a genuine student.

I think there's a part of the form that asks if you've used any govt hospital / GP. You surely need to attach the bills. But are they your bills or the kids?

Pay the 2k. You can pay more than that tho.

But requires tuition deposit for Nigeria is 2k

Please for people who presented more than one statement of , is it that the UKVI would sum total the 2 s to address the POF or it is going to be one SOA per application.

My concern is i have 2 SOA, First SOA is OK for 2 people (wife (applicant) and son) while the 2nd SOA needs to to feed of the 1st SOA to be enough for me. (All s has been running, hence the reason i am unable to merge them)

Please i hope this wont be an issue when we eventually apply.

Not really. After I paid my tuition deposit i got a call from Teesside and was asked a few questions like the reason i chose UK and why i want to study at Teesside. I can also being asked the number of schools i got an offer from.

Oh. So you've been to the UK before these refusals.

Visa approved for my wife and I. My son's (2 years old) port still pending. When I was preparing for the process, that was when it was difficult to get Nigerian ports. So I used my Son's USA port to apply. I am guessing this is the reason for the delay (its 13 days now). I submitted all the required documents for a minor; birth certificate, letter of consent signed by his mom and I, POF in my name etc.

I know it will come out sha.

You don't need to worry about that my brother. How were you able to get tomorrow for your biometrics abi na walk in?

What is important is that total sum in both s make up your POF requirement for all applicants (plus some extra because of rate fluctuations)

In 2012 I was refused a visiting Visa because I had my 2 kids in the uk with a visit visa instead of medical visa, of which I submitted my hospital bills for both and a letter saying am not owing. So in 2018 I reapply for a visit visa and was refused again, reason was that they are not sure if I planned coming back. Also reapply 2019 and was refused again, reason been that I used my company acc and am not the only shareholder so that the money wont be available for me. Now that I want to apply for a student visa, will I be refused? And should I attach my hospital bill when am submitting my visa. Please your advice is needed

Student visa is point base system and if you follow the rule your refusal will not affect you.

As of today, a one way ticket is $426 from Lagos to London while BA is $778.
BA flight time is about 6hrs while Royal air maroc is 8hrs. Layover in Casablanca is 55 mins. So check again. Not saying I will use them, but people should have the available options depending on their financial situation

This wasn't the situation in of prices when I checked it a few weeks back

Did u book Lagos to u.k? That’s the only route British airways flight fare dropped a bit but still high at 670k ..Abuja to Edinburgh is still same price as at when I booked(wakanow price)

Declare all previous refusals and concentrate on meeting student visa requirements. If you have attached hospital bill receipt before there is no need to attach it again. When explaining the reason for previous refusal you need to mention that you have cleared up the issue of hospital bill and attached the receipt previously .
