I don’t think it’s possible for dependents to get visa and the main applicant won’t get... I think main applicants visa is on d way

Receiving "non straight forward mail" does not mean the applicant won't get visa. The applicant will only have to wait a little longer

Actually the priority application is 'UKVI thing' as they will take the decision on the application.

I paid for my priority right on the UKVI website and not on TLS, thou you can add that service on TLS as well if not paid initially.

Payment for priority is done on UKVI website. TLS website will redirect you to UKVI website to make payment for priority or super priority services while other added services such as Assisted Service are paid for on TLS website

Good evening, please justwise your advice is needed. In 2012 I was refused a visiting Visa because I had my 2 kids in the uk with a visit visa instead of medical visa, of which I submitted my hospital bills for both and a letter saying am not owing. So in 2018 I reapply for a visit visa and was refused again, reason was that they are not sure if I planned coming back. Also reapply 2019 and was refused again, reason been that I used my company acc and am not the only shareholder so that the money wont be available for me. Now that I want to apply for a student visa, will I be refused? And should I attach my hospital bill when am submitting my visa. Please your advice is needed

Ok, so I was refused Visa in 2019 (Canada), I used an agency and the reason for refusal was sent to an email that the agency ed with, I didn't bother asking for the reason cos the agency was trying to make me pay. I have tried every means now to get the reason to no avail.

I am now confused on what to write as reason for refusal now that I am about to apply.

You can't use someone's as you stated as your proof of funds...express denial of visa.

Call them or send them a paid email. Obviously the visa has been issued, like someone said, no way the main applicant will not get a visa while the dependants will, so their port/dossier has probably been overlooked in some corner or on someone's table somewhere, that type of thing.

The 3rd one, it was a compulsory national service

2012 refusal doesn't sound right unless you are paraphrasing what ukvi said. 2018 and 2019 refusals are not medical / hospital related so it seems that was all cleared and has nothing to do with 2012 refusal.

Again, Student visa is a point based system. As long as you meet all the requirements and declare all refusals, you wouldn't be refused. Las las dem go interview you to determine if you are a genuine student.

I think there's a part of the form that asks if you've used any govt hospital / GP. You surely need to attach the bills. But are they your bills or the kids?

The school rep in African sent a mail to the bank to confirm the authenticity of my pof and copied me. The bank also copied me when they confirmed the pof to the school. This was done within 3 days.
