This is my second time applying, my dad sponsored on the first application but i was declined on financial reasons

Boosting dad's as the sponsor would have been preferable.

But if you're going with the uncle's choice then ensure commitment from by making him pay your tuitionvand transfer the living expenses to your in other to be on an advantageous end.

Timeline; (first time applicant, NSE route)

Applied on - May 12th
Biometrics request - May 13th
Upfront medical - completed on 22nd of March.. Updated to on May 17th
Completed Biometrics -May 24th (updated on site the same day)
NSE request - May 24th (the morning of my biometrics appointment)
Submitted NSE documents on the 27th or 28th (can't fully recollect).. I had done IELTS in 2020 already
Acknowledgement of receipt and eligibility review started on - June 2nd
Ghost updates - June 29, July 6, July 7, July 14th (not sure if i caught all, wasn't really checking until late June)
BVL & PPR - 23rd of July

Due to the pandemic, a whole lot of things has changed and presently paper application is put on hold. Online submission is the only available option and all that's needed can be found on page 1 of this thread.

Shebi he is your uncle from ur mother's side and his surname is the same as your mother's maiden name if yes you can package your application with him as your sponsor

It is needed but not compulsory as we have seen many applicants here get their PPR without submitting IT..

But I will advise you do it if you are a 1st time applicant...

What’s the benefit and is it easy to get a provincial nomination after a 2 year program and 3 years work permit in Ontario. Pls I need your advice. Thank you
