The issue is that, I won't receive call and I won't be able to make call if 4g is on but everything is perfect if the phone is on 2g.
I just update it to android 11 if it will help but still the same thing.

Check connectivity settings if all the networks are having this problem.last last, do a factory reset, I use a30 and android 11, don't have this problem

Could it be that the sim card needs provisioning for 4G? When 4G is on does data work? If true, LTE discovery or Signal Check from the app store, and verfiy what LTE bands it says you are on.

There's either something you or someone has turned on or off on your phone which you don'tknow.
And there has to be a network centre close to you either MTN, Airtel or any other.

I have an A30s and there's no network issue at all.

The data work and it is very fast, best I have ever seen.
It is 4G+,when ing with the mtn sim, I have seen 7.9 Mb/s. I have no issue browsing.

VOLTE issue I guess,since you can make and receive calls on 2 and 3G.....maybe setting your 'preffered' network mode to 'Auto' might solve it.....
