The s21 really don't meet up with the spelling expectations... Samsung now came out to say they discontinued the note series because of chip shortage... But they'll be releasing note series again with new snapdragon next year... In fact, I just finished watching another video on YouTube saying the same thing again...

Try resetting the phone. If that doesn't work, take it to the nearest Samsung office.

Those guys can be lazy atimes. Go there, para like mad and shout wella. In a day or two, your phone will come out.

Same thing happened to me when my A51 was having issue, i took the phone to samsung office enugu, for more than 2 months the didn't work the phone, i had to get a new one. On a second thought i decided to samsung head office to complain about the poor service at their branch in enugu, after two days the called me to come pick my phone. All u need is to call samsung head office nd complain, the will follow it it up.

Screen guard will not protect that phone screen when it falls. In fact, it is better to have it at all. I don't have any on both my Samsung devices. Highest I use the nylon one for scratch protection, shikena. No stress am. Just be careful and you'll be fine. It will even fall a couple of times and won't break. Especially the note 10 upwards

Just be careful with it. Get a small purse to put your phone, not your pocket. Thats what I use. Presents scratches and you're aware of it at all times.
