Thanks boss, it is a 3s96p [12v 250ah] system. The fan is to provide cooling for the bulk converters as I can't seem to find a charge controller with a low enough voltage to charge it. The maximum charging voltage is 12.4v.

An MPPT SCC will provide you with /editable configurations that will enable you to charge your 3s config.

But if you wish to stick with PWM, there are PWM SCC with selectable series configurations that will fit into your profile. These settings are 3s, 4s, and 7s, both for 18650s and LFPs.

I have a 20A Lithium dedicated PWM SCC like that.

My fear is the cycle life as they are not new cells.

Seller claims the cells are salvaged from MTN lumous and not just expended ones but ones returned within warranty period and replacements given out to s. Most of these lumous have only defective circuitry, the batteries still fully intact and used less than a year in most cases.

They are Samsung cells. I have gotten pretty impressive results from capacity testing. 2700, 2800, 2900 ranges.

2) Most inverter has different cut off voltage which ranges between 10.5v to 11.5v

3) The bulk voltage (when the battery is charging rapidly to get full may be 14 to 14.5v). Meanwhile the float voltage (when the battery is considered full) may be around 13.5V

Differences in the plate construction in lead-acid batteries means that the optimum bulk charge and float charge voltage is slightly different for different batteries. So you may have to refer to your battery's specification sheet to get the appropriate voltage levels.

I don't know if this is late.

My advice will be to convert your household equipments to energy efficient ones, get a generator and also a solar system. That way you can be assured of 99% power uptime irrespective of weather or generator issues.... I'm sure some gurus here would have attended to your needs anyways. But, for what it's worth, the company where I work provide power for banks and often achieve up to 99% uptime for them and I'm aware capex are in the range of 20m-25m.

nothing wrong. your battery seem full. .. add a 600w load on a sunny day and see it pump over 20A

That's about 6 months away.

You should be fine if the batteries are fully charged to start with and are kept in a cool place.
