go to coinmarketcap pick the particular crypto...click the "exchange tab" you will see list of exchanges where that particular crypto can be traded...you will see price differences in many of the exchanges...for example let us assume that ethereum is trading on Exchange A for 1500$ and it is trading for $1480 on exchange B ,buy from exchange B at that $1480 and sell it at exchange A which is 1500$ you gain 20$...what often leads to price differences is the slow price feed due to speed of the server....it is deeper than that though but just giving you an idea on how it works...you will enjoy it on cryptos that are slow in price....like HIVE ,STEEM etc...

I doubt you will get the exact equivalent of USDT on the gift card, from what I have seen in the exchanges it's like you will need more than a dollar worth of gift card to get 1 USDT.

But if you want to go ahead with it you can try PAXFUL set the payment method to "Gift cards".
