Having graduated from the University in 2009 with a degree in Food Science and Technology, worked with several food companies for about 8 yrs now, I now finally have my own bakery. No invisible cost. Just setup and start business, later go for NAFDAC registration. That's all. Local govt may come for thier usual annual permit but it's nothing to worry about. My 2021 annual food permit is just #7000 .
