I believe the interview might be a certain percentage of the total score for the assessment. our cv and certificates may be graded and possibly the test scores might be used.

I agree with you that there is possibility that they might be factoring some of these factors you have raised before they make decision on whether to pick one or not. At least, there was a guy on previous trend that thought he didn't perform well in the interview and still got the job. But the Koko is one should give his best and let God do the rest (andthis is the most important part at least for me). Just wanna believe that anyhow they do it, we'll be favoured this year.

But then, I strongly believe that the final verdict on whether one will be selected or not will be made on the spot

Please is there anyone who studied Communication arts or mass communication dat was called for the interview In the assurance role here? I want to know if they consider those in communications for this role though. They didn't ask me any PWC question or my preferred location and unit, so I'm somewhat worried

It lasted for 40 minutes, and they asked me about 10 questions and they were mostly follow up questions. I also asked them questions. I think it's different s different patterns of asking questions

I doubt if our CVs are graded. This is an entry level position and what matters is you meeting the minimum requirements. I believe the CVs and documents we sent was mainly for documentation and verification purposes to see if you truly meet the requirements and you are who you claim to be. What you studied doesn't even matter. Also, some people were asked questions on what they had on their CVs

However they decide, let it favor us...

I had my interview with a of 3 and it lasted 36 minutes. Non of the behaviourial questions came as a surprise as I had prepared for numerous possible questions and believed there was a slim chance a question will be asked that won't be similar to one I had prepared for. I didn't bother myself preparing for the 5 minutes presentation because I knew they could ask anything but I was lucky to get a question on something I had seen recently and thought of since last week till now. It even prompted me sharing my opinion on LinkedIn. I do hope for the best but I'll have to prepare for the worst. I'm quite eager to know the outcome of my interview and August seems to be too long to wait. I can't wait to break the chain of unemployment in my life. Once I get this job and stabilize I know marriage is the next plan (against 2022). Mr Man is turning 30 soon � but can't wait to start a family

I guess they want to finish with the graduate trainee recruitment ongoing before attending to experienced hire cos I don't understand the reason for this prolong silence. I once sent them a mail via same mail they communicated with us but there was no response

Please send a mail today for reassurance, also check your spam folder. I sent a mail on 25th June and they replied on 28th that I should be patient that the mail is on batches .. I have check and I haven't seen anything. Many people received mail yesterday . it s really frustrating .

While I know this can be very frustrating, I want to strongly believe you will definitely get your interview date. It is in batches. Just put your mind on preparing for now. The mail will drop when you least expect it.
