I got accepted at a community college for an MSC program with a scholarship of 11k and a deficit of 33k pls House what is the chance of being granted a visa

Secondly another school which is a university gave me 25% reduction yet my deficit is still about 50k+ is this worth going after?

Since you have your I-20, proceed and start filling the DS160 form and also make payment to book appointment so as to get closer time. Do not forget to pay your SEVIS Fee at least 3days before your interview.

Having issues imputing my receipt reference number for a F2 visa.

In 2020, I applied for a B1/B2 Visa, paid visa fees and scheduled an appointment for 10th April, 2020 with the MRV receipt however, due to the COVID-19, visa appointment was cancelled by the Consular office in Lagos.

I am currently applying for an F2 Visa with a new receipt/ reference number but I still find my old MR reference/receipt number on my dashboard. I tried securing an appointment with same but it keeps no saying there is no appointment available date for F1 Visa.

I need am advise on how to input the new MRV receipt for the F2 recently paid for.

Only for me to receive my I-20 stating his company's name as my sponsor.

Now I am at a cross road as I don't know if I should put my uncle name's or his company's name as sponsor on the DS-160 form?

It's always best you align what you have on your i20 with your Ds160.

My random guess is that upon renewal, your old port becomes invalid. If that is correct, will you not have issues during screening at the embassy. If d old is still a valid port, Will the embassy stamp a port with less than 6 months validity. Will the embassy do your processing with a different port number but stamp ur visa on a different port? These are the things u should find out. Please confirm from the Immigration office, reach out to the embassy and ask too.

Request for your old port details to be changed to the new.
There is a place on your portal that you can do that.
Be sure to up load biodata pages of both ports. Do this and it will be changed in few days.

You can’t pay Sevis from Nigeria. Either you travel to Benin Republic to pay it (I don’t know if it is still possible) or you simply @Walspring, he will help you.

Also, try to come up with a coherent research proposal with good research questions, and most importantly a research area that is virgin and suits the project of the faculty . Lastly, study the overview of the intending course, why the USA and that particular school, and write out questions you will also ask them at the end.
