Even open grazing matter. The problem is with the governors. If a governor establishes ranches and absolutely commercialized it, it will be difficult for any president to ask him to donate land for ruga or dissuade him from banning open grazing, or for any herdsmen to graze within your state as they can see that even your citizens rent ranches to raise animals so why will a visitor not follow suit. Half of security votes can establish proper ranches within states.

Correction: Not only the President.. We're operating a Federation govt. where governance is spread across board; not like Communism or Mornachy where only the centre controls all.

Aside the President, We have other 6 elected leaders: Councillors, LG Chairmen, HoA , HoReps, Senators, Governors..

Why focus only on the President, when our 'most powerful/responsible' closest government is actually our Governors

Be it Security, Economy, Quality of life, Jobs, Welfare, Infrastructure, etc... its Governors that are most responsible for all these.

I've personally experienced good State governance in a working state in Nigeria & Abroad.. In Europe & America, all development is felt locally with very strong Councils/LGs & State Governments. Citizens "care less" of the Central govt.

I wonder why some folks here are either ignorant or simply mischevious about this simple matter

Lool. People talk about Imo Governorship decision and say it was Buhari. Why did PDP then win in Zamfara and Bayelsa despite losing at the poll? The problem with partisan people is that they see everything as partisan. Smh
